As per the Tez2, GTA 6 will be uncovered for the current year. The Rockstar Games insider doesn't add a lot to this, yet noticed the trailer will be like the GTA 5 uncover trailer, or, in other words it will not simply be a CGI trailer that doesn't show anything, and will rather really show a "work underway" adaptation of the game.
The Tez2 doesn't say when this year this will occur, however Rockstar Games has a past filled with uncovering its games in the fall. For instance, Red Dead Redemption 2 Rocket League Item Prices was uncovered on October 20, 2016. In the mean time, GTA 5 was uncovered on November 2, 2011.
