To attain those levels, make use of ToG and XP Lamps/Effigies on Dungeoneering. Then do 1-29 on c1 and 30+ on c6 for 5 man larges (with the difficulty of 5 men) also known as 5:5 largers in essence. Once you have reached Abandoned Two levels and above upgrading your Ring to Tier 5 Berserker. C means complexity. This determines what skills are used in the dung and what increases your exp.

Beginning at 50% at 1 complexity, and goes up to no reduction after 6. Prestige is the number of floors you did not repeat. Abandoned is the 4th theme floor in dung Old School RS Gold. Starts at Frozen from floors 1-11. Abandoned 1, at 12-17, Furnished at 18-29, abandoned 2 between 30-35. Occult at 36-47 and Warped at 48+.
