Hello everybody! How goes the road to Herblore and 120 Farming? Since I last spoke to you in October, I have continued to get to know the RuneScape gold team, to learn about the work they do and their abilities, and also to comprehend what inspires you, our Runescape players. All of this is important as it will form our direction and plans for 2020 -- I want the 12 months ahead to be better than the 12 months which is behind us.

And also these transformational efforts continue. Now, we're on the cusp of a fresh age for RuneScape. This evolution is going to take a few years to unfold, and also how this looks becomes better to me daily. However, the plan isn't finalised. I've still got lots of work to perform ensuring that our approach is consistent and correctly supported across our development teams. I need to be absolutely sure that we are working toward a great choice of frequent content, which this content that will decide on a new golden standard for RuneScape. We will need to be driving quality of life improvements, eliminating friction and reducing bugs - both before and following discharge. Our core experience has to be good, our NXT client has to be modernised, and ultimately Runescape game has to be worth your time.

To get this right, I want to understand we're prioritising the right things. What articles do you participate with the maximum? And what are you telling us you want? As importantly, I want to understand what our strengths and weaknesses are as a studio and team. When have we succeeded? Bearing this in mind, I need to develop a RuneScape leadership team that is working together to make an inspirational vision for our future. To deliver this we will call for new growth standards, new production process and production plans, new tools and pipeline optimisations. The RuneScape staff is growing, and such teams must be effectively and speedily working together on common objectives. I'm even considering how we could build more imagination and fun in our day-to-day work atmosphere. All of which should translate into a better cheap RS gold product, meaning happier Runescape players, and developers who are proud of the work.
