The Nike SB Dunk Low Mandarin Duck Tie Dyed is set to return early next year for a return of the past for many nostalgic sneakerheads. It’s crazy to think where LeBron has gone the past couple of years and the star he has become. Now on his 17th signature sneaker, the LeBron 8 released almost 10 years ago so a return of the silhouette brings back so many memories for a lot of sneaker fans. This “HWC” edition is inspired by the 1987 Cleveland Cavaliers jersey’s featuring the iconic blue and orange. Arriving in Varsity Royal, Orange Blaze, Total Orange, and White, the upper is equipped with a mixture of mesh and suede and calls for a bright blue design. Orange laces along with an orange tongue feature LeBron’s Lion logo dresses the silhouette up in orange while a white Nike swoosh logo graces the side paneling outlined in orange as well. A white rubber midsole then begins to finish off the 1987 inspired makeover while and orange speckled Air unit and orange rubber outsole cap off the colorway.

Jordan Brand will be releasing a special Nike Tc 7900 Sail Black Sneakers for the ladies this holiday 2021 season that features a handful of different animal prints. The women’s lineup of Jordan sneakers has drastically improved the last two years and the success appears to be continuing into this year as the sneaker community continues to get bigger as every day passes. Officially slated for a Black, Red, Sail, and White color scheme, the sneaker is expected to arrive in the same aesthetic as the Air Jordan 3 “Animal Instinct” edition from 2019. Nike has slowly been gearing up to unveil a massive “Plant Dye” collection this year, celebrating natural production methods by paying homage to the plants themselves. This week, we have our first look at the “Pomegranate” pairs, starting with the Nike W Air Max 97 G Nrg U White Deep Royal TopAz Mist. Over the past several weeks, a flood of upcoming Nike footwear has leaked online, showing a handful of classic Swoosh silhouettes in dozens of colorways, all seemingly inspired by the cork tree and united by a main color palette. The collection appears to be rather large, thus far including the Air Max 95, Air Max 90, Air Max Excee, and now, the Daybreak Type. Each silhouette appears to be available in up to four colorways, also featuring an embroidered image of the cork tree on the tongue. The Daybreak, however, is where the pattern falters, switching from the previously light colorways to an all-black canvas makeup, and now sporting a pomegranate branch embroidery across the tongue. The upcoming “Plant Dye” collection is expanding, making use of other well-known natural colors for other pieces of the project. Other details across the shoe include writing on each heel describing the use of the pomegranate plant, as well as cork heel counters to unite the shoe with the rest of the “Plant Dye” collection.
