④ Make sure that the type of injection molding machine, injection weight, clamping tonnage and distance between tie rods are suitable for the mold size.
⑤ Clean the mold "S side
⑥ Keep balance when lifting the mold and don't tilt it too much.
Secondly, check the following tips after assembly
① Make sure the cooling wire, electrical wire and air wire are well connected
② Take off the locker and open the mold. Lock the mold "small ejector parts on the injection molding machine" small ejector robbery with M16 screws.
③ Use the injection machine "small ejector to spray mold" the small ejector plate repeatedly to ensure the balance of the ejector plate.
④ Make sure that the air valve is well connected to the mold

⑦ Make sure that there is no dust in the core and cavity.

① Make sure the mold is dry and clean
② Ensure that the inner cavity and screws are tight
③ Ensure that the guide pin and guide sleeve are protected by oil
④ Lock the locker
