The 45-page report catalogues a series of abuses, all following a similar design. Jean-Bart would utilize a supposed hospital visit as a pretext to have a player out of the training centre. The player would then be driven into a hotel or a different place, where the abuse allegedly happened.

One victim told researchers:"Mr. Jean-Bart summoned me to his room. He then offered me the secret to a different room. He handed me a purse of underwear as a present. I quickly thanked him so that I could go. He called me back and brought me closer to his body. At that point, he began to touch me. When I understood what was happening, I pushed him and fled the area."

The players that refused Jean-Bart's advances were expelled from the training center and national staff. As DW reported in October, Jean-Bart also confiscated their passports as a method of controlling them preventing them from tripping abroad.A second victim mentioned in the report stated:"What I need is to get my passport back and my safety is guaranteed.
