College Football Madden 22 Campus Heroes - Three Players We Need to See in MUT22

Following them should be two legendary running backs and a cornerback. Following in the footsteps of the new Superstar KO mode, Campus Legends, the newest available set in Madden 22 Ultimate Team is Campus Heroes. The set is available for purchase now. It includes some of the greatest college football players in history and brings them to Mut coins madden 22, but three historical players were left out, and EA must make things right. Whatever the case, here are three players we'd like to see in the MUT 22 Campus Heroes lineup, whether as a snub or as a prelude to a future release.

We Need to See More Campus Heroes in Madden 22 in the Future

Charles Woodson is a cornerback for the Michigan Wolverines.
Campus Heroes includes players on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball, which leads us to wonder why Charles Woodson was left out of the set.

Charles Woodson was a cornerback for the Michigan Wolverines during his college career, and he was known for being a tough opponent. He went on to have a Hall of Fame career, and that isn't even the most notable accomplishment of his life. Campus Legends is the name of the mode, so how could they forget about this college legend?

Because he was the first defensive player to ever win the Heisman Trophy, Charles Woodson should have been included as one of the Madden 22 Campus Heroes, and that is the primary reason for his inclusion. Clearly, Charles Woodson has made his way into Madden on more than one occasion. In Madden 21, he was a 95 OVR card, but he is not a 95 OVR card in Madden 22 coins.

Priest Holmes is a running back for the Texas Longhorns.

Although he was out for a period of time due to injury, Priest Holmes was a standout performer as a Texas Longhorn. As a senior in 1996, he racked up 59 carries for 324 yards and 13 touchdowns, good for the sixth-highest single-season touchdown total in school history. When you combine that with his incredible performance against Nebraska in the 1996 Big 12 Championship game, in which he rushed for 120 yards and three touchdowns, it's hard to understand why he wasn't included.

Emmitt Smith is a running back for the Florida Gators.
Emmitt Smith is the most decorated Florida Gator in the program's history as a college football player. Not only that, but he's also one of the best running backs to ever step foot on a football field. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010 and is widely regarded as the best running back in Cowboys history, according to many.

He is still the NFL's all-time leader in rushing yards (18,355) and was a three-time Super Bowl champion with the Dallas Cowboys during his career. How could they have forgotten to include Emmitt Smith in the cast?

Why were they left out of the picture?

Given that Woodson was a Heisman Trophy winner, and the first defensive player to do so, it's surprising that he was left off the list. The others, we believe, were unintentional oversights, given that Emmitt Smith is widely regarded as the greatest Florida Gator ever.

For a variety of reasons, they may have been left out, including the fact that Michigan does not appear in the Campus Legends mode, which allows players to compete against other teams. So far, players have been added to the Campus Heroes set only for the teams that are currently available in the game mode. However, this does not explain why Priest Holmes and Emmitt Smith were left out of the cast.

Other possibilities include the possibility that they haven't reached an agreement with these players yet and that they intend to do so in the future. They could even be separated out into their own collection in the future.

However, we'd like to see these players included in a Madden Ultimate Team set right away - and if we want the best college legends involved, they must be the first to be added!
