United Airlines is the most trusted airline in the United States; it was founded on 6 April 1926. The first flight of the airlines commenced from Pasco, Washington to Boise Idaho with the help of a swallow aircraft on the morning of 6 April 1926. United Airlines is the third largest airli

.

The airline handles  “the world’s most trusted route network.”United has some recommended hubs around the United States, Chicago O'Hare is the largest hub of the airlines. The airlines operate more than 750 aircraft with the help of the United brand and an additional 550+

aircraft with the United Express carriers. United Airlines Booking is also a proud member of the Star Alliance, which serves around 200 counties and other co-member airlines. The management is dedicated to every small detail for the airline but they neglect the needs of employees of the airline. Airlines is ranked at number 8 on the list of top 10 airlines.

The report was released in 2019. The airline improved its services from the year 2018. Suddenly it was reported that United Airlines is going bankrupt but somehow they managed to get their airlines back on the right track. The profits from the prebooking of the tickets have resulted in putting the sales at risk The experts still predict that the airline might face the problem again they have warned the airlines to take necessary

precautions and be prepared for the consequences of future drawbacks. The airline is worried about the same and has blamed the personnel for the same which made them unhappy.

The United Airlines cabin personnel are unhappy because, The recent PR problems at United Airlines are (removal of passengers), which is the result of a poor relationship with gate crew and flight crew. The members feel unappreciated by the company and the management also view them as nothing more than a variable cost of the airlines. In a service industry like airlines, the management needs to make sure that the employees dealing with the customers feel appreciated and supported by the company, or else they will only do what is required by the contract. This act can result in poor service and the downfall of the company.

While it seems mandatory to say that, take care of your employees and they will take care of you. Rather than cutting the salary and benefits of the employees, the airlines need to begin to give recognition to their employees, there is no extra cash attached to it. The key to having good relations with the employees is to make them feel appreciated and supported.

The United Airlines cabin personnel are indeed unhappy but if the management of the company will make some small efforts to support and appreciate the employees, they will work in a better way.
