Killing Dragons is probably the best money making method atm because pretty much anybody with decent stats can kill Dragons. On your case with your stats it is a piece of cake. So essentially your choices are: Green dragons - Situated in the Wilderness as I am sure you understand, it's easy to find an empty universe because quite a lot of folks do not kill Greens out of fear of getting PKed; Blue dragons - Really simple to kill, Taverley is generally crowded and so is the Heroes guild but it is not overly hard to get an empty universe. W117 Heroes guild is generally empty.

And if you have level 60 Dungeoneering you can access Taverley source dungeon; Red dragons - Not really recommended because Red dragons can only be found in two places if I'm not mistaken: Red dragon island in the Wilderness and Brimhaven dungeon and both are far from a lender; Black dragons - Taverley is crowded everywhere I wouldn't even bother so Zanaris is the best alternative imo; Metal dragons - Not much to say here, all metallic dragons are in the Brimhaven dungeon (Mithril dragons being the sole exception) and are not too difficult to kill and also have fairly decent falls; Frost dragons - 85 Dungeoneering required so it is not really an option for you right now unless you feel like training Dungeoneering. You can also try to create money with Slayer but unless you get Dragon jobs all the time I'm pretty sure you'll make more money just killing Dragons.

It was boring since you don't actually gain anything but experience there however. It's kind of weird because I do not recall what I have been doing 70-90. I am aware I've Chinned some tasks, umm and completed things like Ranging directors, the Circus. Not to mention buy RuneScape gold Cannon.
