শ্রমিকদের অভিযোগ শুনতে নতুন আঙ্গিকে আজ চালু হচ্ছে ৫ ডিজিটের হেল্পলাইন। দেশের যেকোনো প্রান্ত থেকে ভুক্তভোগী শ্রমিকরা বিনা খরচে হেল্পলাইনে তাদের সমস্যা বা অভিযোগ জানাতে পারবেন। ২৪ ঘণ্টা খোলা থাকবে এই হেল্পলাইন। প্রাপ্ত অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তি করতে শ্রমঘন ২৯ টি জেলায় কমিটি গঠন করা হয়েছে। তবে অভিযোগকারীদের চাকরি থাকার নিশ্চয়তা না থাকলে এই হেল্পলাইনের সুফল মিলবে না বলে মনে করেন শ্রমিক নেতারা।
