Its also only that again, OSRS Fire Cape is a unique sandbox sport in which you do a lot of.standing around. Aka bank standing skills, etc.. This in turn find somebody willing and makes it more easy to converse with others. Additionally thats got nothing to do with all the community not being toxic. I grew up enjoying with online games in a age where they were new and new, and not as accessible as they're now. RS has had a facet of this community because Runescape came out in 2001. It may not be the worst out there, yet to say that there isnt some or even just a small amount is sadly wrong.
I think this could be the look that is best if OSRS graphics were upgraded
Frankly, I think if OSRS images were updated this would be the very best look. No fancy 1st individual stuff or OSRS HD/Remaster. I think this is the look that doesn't stray to far from the classic look. Why the HD toggle is not avail in 2020 really need something like this and no hint. I like OSRS how it's now. Yea I think the option is the method to go about it, although I really don't have an issue with this, ya know? So you believe the limited dev time is better spent on this than on match improvements or material updates? And then reducing the number of upgrades that are future because of the OSRS team needing to make double the resources for everything they do?
I find it interesting that people use this exact same debate like it has any merit when a match earning millions of dollars per year can not just do something or both? Just like Jagex hasn't done this before? Like is it hopeless or something? I'm confused. It does not need to be one or the other. They're able to do both. They can't do both in the same time. Time spent 'HD' resources is time NOT spent on game updates. They have done it earlier but it was a MASSIVE undertaking with a bigger team that was quite divisive and not valued by as many players as they'd expected. I truly see no reason why they'd be interested in doing this.
Nothing crazy is required for Buy OSRS Accounts, just something to look at, which I think 2008 graphics did. The best part is that you had the option. I believe the main counter argument is that it means dev work, since I imagine some or all assets would need to be made for both types that are graphic. Unless it can be done without any development time I think that it might not pass a vote if it were done in a formal capacity. That said, I would love to be looking at 2008 or similar HD graphics instead of what we have (improved by Runelite GPU ofc) now even though it meant delayed content releases. But I know not everyone will share that opinion.
