It follows the main routine of a Teleother Spell.
As with Teleother spells Lumbridge (level 74), Falador (level 82) and Camelot (level 90), the POH teleport allows one player (caster) to teleport another player (target) into a location. The caster of POH Teleother casts the spell upon the target. The goal has the choice (if Accept Aid is on) to visit the CASTER's house. This charm doesn't teleport the target to his or her home but to the house of this CASTER. I don't want this to be perplexing.
