A Leading Shipping & Logistics Company in Bangladesh is looking for “Executive, Customer Service” (Contractual)

#Job location: Gulshan 2, Dhaka
#Working days: 5 days a week on a roster basis.

#Job_Responsibilities:
• Act as a one stop solution provider for all queries, starting from shipment tracking, coordination with operations and partners.
• Sell value added services to the customers.
• Communicate with customer on necessary documents and procedure for customs clearance in order to deliver without any delay.
• Guide customers on brokerage process and details.
• Daily follow up shipment status.

#Job_Requirements:

• Graduates from any reputed university
• Minimum 06 months experience on Customer Service
