Job Description / Responsibility

-Perform Physical conversation with customers to answer their questions, provide information and advise them
-Must be able to handle customer over Phone calls
-Handle special requests and complaints from customers
-Ensure quality customer service.

Graduation(Flexible for Experienced person).
