You understand a position that you specifically require the most proficient players at those are the places which you will need to prioritize. You're great with some places and probably not as good with other places, so in order to compensate for that and to focus on that, you want to draft players at the positions which you've got trouble with. Let's say you want a good quarterback that is the position you need to be focusing on, you should find a quarterback for you as early as possible, and receive the rankings you are great with later.
Don't be reluctant to draft older players in positions which you feel comfortable addressing later on down the line at a franchise. You can draft an older participant at Orientation to fill that emptiness because you are able to get one later on at the draft or something like this. You'd be comfortable maybe choosing a quarterback later on within another draft course or two, now a part of the thing that plays in to this is you're able to draft old players at positions that other users have loaded upon.
The last tip is paying attention to what other users do - how they're drafting and adjusting accordingly, this is very important for you. Let's say that they took halfbacks for instance, you do not need to leap onto the bandwagon of carrying that place.
