You can make an fishing boat as low as 20. This boat will be a tiny wooden row boat. The fishing boat will become larger as your level rises. Your vessel will also allow you to travel to the port side only (unless you have weapon implacments). You can fly fish or use standard fishing rods. This would be a great experience to fishing. You can fish for food in case you're running out food. It is also possible to make a stop at the closest port.
